1. Introduction
KT Games ("we", "us") provides the mobile application KT Games — Play Win Repeat (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, with whom we share it, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.
By using the App you consent to the collection and processing described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
2. Data we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- User-provided: phone number (collected for Firebase Phone Authentication), display name / username, profile picture/avatar, short bio, and any files or images you upload to your profile.
- Content you create: chat messages you post in the global chatroom (public to authenticated users).
- Diagnostics & analytics: anonymous analytics and crash reports via Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (usage patterns, device model, OS version, crash logs).
- Device and advertising identifiers & ad-related data: when you view or interact with ads in the App (served through Google AdMob and InMobi), advertising partners may automatically collect certain data such as device and app identifiers (including Advertising ID / AAID), Firebase Installation ID, IP address, app activity, and general location (e.g., city-level derived from IP or device signals, not precise GPS location) to serve, measure, and improve ads, analytics, security, and app functionality.
We do not collect payment card data or precise (GPS-level) location data. We do not sell user data.
3. How we use your data
We use data for the following purposes:
- Account creation and authentication via Firebase Phone Authentication.
- Displaying and managing your profile (username, avatar, bio).
- Enabling the public global chatroom and mention functionality.
- Sending push notifications for chat mentions and essential system messages.
- Moderation and enforcement by human moderators.
- Improving App stability and performance using analytics and crash reports.
- Running in-app giveaways and virtual in-game mechanics (coins, trophies, XP).
- Displaying in-app advertisements via Google AdMob and measuring ad performance. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent and device settings.
4. Sharing & third parties
We share limited data with third parties who provide services to us:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, Realtime Database, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
- Google AdMob (Advertising): We use Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect or receive information about your device and app usage, including your Advertising ID, IP address, and interaction with ads. This data may be used to provide, personalize, and measure ads, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- InMobi (Advertising): We use InMobi as an advertising partner (including via mediation). InMobi may collect device and app identifiers (such as Advertising ID), IP address, app usage data, and ad interaction data to provide, measure, and improve ads, and for fraud prevention, security, and compliance. InMobi’s use of data is governed by its own privacy policy.
Advertising and Ad Networks: We display ads in our App through Google AdMob and InMobi. These partners may use device and app information to show personalized or non-personalized ads based on your settings, consent, and region. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting your device settings:
- On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
- On iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → Disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track”.

5. Public chat & visibility
The global chatroom is public to all authenticated users. Anything you post there (including your display name and avatar) will be visible to other users. Mentions may trigger push notifications to the mentioned user.
6. Giveaways & virtual currency
Giveaways are run in-app and winners are selected at random unless otherwise stated. All prizes are in-app virtual currency or items only — there are no real-money payouts. Virtual coins cannot be purchased, cashed out, or converted to real-world currency.
7. Age restriction
You must be 18 years or older to use this App. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a minor in violation of this policy, we will promptly delete it.
8. Retention
Retention practices:
- Chat messages: generally retained for approximately one week, after which they are deleted. Certain logs, moderation records, or technical backups may be retained temporarily for security, moderation, or legal compliance purposes.
- User account/profile data: stored in Firebase Realtime Database and retained until you request deletion or the account is terminated by us per the Terms.
- Advertising data: Ad-related data (such as ad impressions or engagement data) is retained by our advertising partners (such as Google and InMobi) in accordance with their respective privacy policies; we do not have direct access to individual ad identifiers.
9. Your rights & choices
We provide the following rights, subject to verification and applicable law:
- Access: You may request access to the personal data we hold about you by emailing thektgamescontact@gmail.com.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and personal data via the same email address. Note that we may retain certain information as needed to prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or enforce our Terms.
- Correction (Right to Rectification): You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. You can edit certain information (username, avatar, bio) directly in the App, or contact us at thektgamescontact@gmail.com for other corrections.
- Notifications: Push notifications for mentions are enabled by default; you can turn off push notifications from your Android device settings.
- Advertising preferences: You can control whether you receive personalized ads using your device settings (see section 4). If you disable personalized ads, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant.

10. Security
We use Firebase services and require authentication for account access. Moderators have elevated privileges to manage chat content. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encryption in transit, access controls). However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
11. Moderation & prohibited content
We do not allow illegal content. Human moderators review reported content and can delete posts, restrict accounts, or ban users for violations including cheating, harassment, exploitation, illegal activities, spam, or bots. Users can report messages in chat by tagging the user or using the report functionality. Moderation is performed periodically (approximately hourly).

13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via push notifications and by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after notification constitutes acceptance.
